Returns & Exchanges

At RAVE Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process for our coffee and equipment. Due to the perishable nature of roasted beans, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to resolve any quality issues.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  • 2.
    Package Your Items

    Ensure brewing equipment is in its original packaging; for coffee quality concerns, please keep the original bag for batch tracking.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point to send it back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement bag within 3-5 business days.
